Vitamin D comes in two forms: Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3. At Truvani, we use Vitamin D3. Here’s why: Vitamin D2 is metabolized differently in the liver than Vitamin D3. D2 may not be as effective at raising the Vitamin D in your blood levels. *
