Lichens are a unique fungus-alga hybrid. They thrive in extreme climates. This means they grow and collect meaningful levels of amazing nutrients. One of those nutrients happens to be Cholecalciferol. AKA vitamin D3.

Lanolin (Lamb Lard)

Lanolin is chemically extracted fat from wool. It goes through several steps of processing with high temperatures, harsh detergents, alcohol, and chemical solvents.
