Does the The Only Bar contain any sugar or dairy?

The Only Bar is dairy free and does NOT have any refined sugar. We use organic maple syrup and dates to sweeten The Only Bar.
What's the shelf life of The Only Bar?

9 months - for all snack bars except Coconut Cashew (Coconut Cashew is 1 year).
How much protein in The Only Bar?

5-8g.* - depends on flavor
Is The Only Bar a protein bar?

While The Only Bar does have 5-8g of protein from quality sources, The Only Bar is a snack bar - not a protein bar.
Are there nuts in The Only Bar?

Yes. In our Chocolate Brownie and Mint Chocolate bars, there are organic almonds. Our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor contains organic peanuts, peanut flour and peanut oil. Additionally, our Coconut Cashew bars contain both organic shredded coconut and cashews. 6 of our new flavors contain both organic cashews and organic almonds. Chocolate Chip Banana Bread contains organic almonds.
Can I see The Only Bar nutrition facts again?
Where is The Only Bar made?

At Truvani, we are proud of the ingredients in our products and where those products are made.

We manufacture the bar in the USA. The ingredients are sourced from all over. It just depends on what ingredient, and where it’s best to source from.
Is it Certified Organic and NON-GMO?

Yes, it is USDA Certified Organic and does not contain GMO ingredients. We are currently working on obtaining our non-gmo certification. We don’t have it yet as this is a new product, and this often takes several months to complete.
Does it contain stevia?

No, it is sweetened with organic dates and organic maple syrup.
Is it gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free?

Our product is gluten-free and manufactured without dairy or soy in the formula.
Why is there a Proposition 65 warning on Truvani products?

Great question. Sometimes, food that grows in the ground can take up trace amounts of heavy metals like Lead, Cadmium, and Arsenic from the soil.

And even though these heavy metals are impossible to eliminate - they are naturally occurring in products that grow in the ground - we believe in sourcing the best ingredients available.

You can’t ever really remove heavy metals from any ingredient that grows in the ground. They are naturally occurring. But we still feel the need to disclose this on our label because at Truvani transparency is everything.
