Truvani’s Plant-Based Omega is made with responsibly sourced algal oil delivered in a banded capsule that is carrageenan-free and gelatin-free.

Truvani’s plant-based omega is sourced from micro-algae called Schizochytrium, which is known for its high DHA content. These little algae produce DHA fatty acids and other beneficial compounds that support your brain and overall health.

Why DHA?

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is vital for normal healthy brain function, and is beneficial to overall health and wellness.*

I use this supplement for it's Omega 3s, I do not get any burping or side effects. I have been eating clean for a out 8 years, slowly migrating to plant based diet. You do get the fish smell but then again I enjoy fish but due to metals in fish now, I am reducing fish consumption so good to know this product is made from seaweed.

I buy this product for my son. He has had ADHD since he was a child and was medicated for a period of time. After having some severe side effects from the medication, we looked for a more natural way to treat him. Fish oil was recommended and it does help him.
